Leading the design efforts in the Digital Therapeutics workspace, collaborating with key stakeholders both within our organization and our parent organization Froedtert and Wisconsin School of Medicine. Planning, stragety, and assisting in delivering end-to-ends solution within our mobile app. Working closely with the Product Owner, Executives, and Head of Engineer to plan the future of our digital patient experience.

Responsible for users experience in the assigned portion of the MyHealth+ native app and web experiences. Working with Designers, Product Owners, Engineers, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance to improve the overall Get Care experience. Delivering UX assets that included wire-framing, user journeys, user testing results, high fidelty comps, and assets for our design system.

Worked in collaboration with cross-functional teams designing products for use both internally and by ASEA associates. Led and directed UX | UI Design team from project concept to completion, as well as, working with back-end engineers for quality assurance. Provided oversight and mentorship with junior teamv members.

Worked with executives, project managers, developers, and researchers to create project scopes, timelines, quotes, wireframes, UI layouts, and clickable prototypes for large-scale corporate intranets. Leveraging close relationships between design and engineer to create groundbreaking Office 365 experiences.
